Changing the world by changing yourself

Happiness isn’t hard, but to have it and the life it creates for us, we have to break our addictions to excessive stress, unworthiness, guilt and shame.


We have to let go of this idea that, if we feel bad enough we will be rewarded, that we will finally be worthy of better things, it’s actually the other way around.


Get good and feeling good, and get good and helping other people feel good, master that and you have become one with life, one with the creative force of the universe.
